Standard Policy:

If at the time of delivery – your PVC NFC Card is damaged, you will be eligible for a replacement. We offer replacements for damaged PVC NFC Cards with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. If your smartphone does not detect the card due to NFC enablement issues on your phone – we do not take responsibility of the same. There will be no refund in such case. If there are minor scratches on the metallic cards, we will not be able to provide replacement for the same as metallic cards attract scratches due to its properties so normal wear & tear of the metallic cards is also common. In case of dis-functionality of any of our cards, you’ll be eligible for a replacement within 15 days of the delivery.

You are not eligible for refund/replacement if you fail to confirm your design as sent to you before/after placing the order.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the products inside it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you once the replacement is again sent to you. Shipping charges of the replacement are to be borne by the customer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
